07/12/2021 - The ASH restaurant chain, the successful concept of the Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, launches its brunch on Sundays & Holidays in seven of its restaurants.

The restaurant chain, The ASH Restaurant & Bar takes advantage of the increasing return to normality and introduces its large Sunday and Holiday brunch in seven of its nine restaurants. "We were offering brunch in some of our restaurants before the lockdown and it was very popular. Now the developments allow us to finally get it up and running again." says Kent Hahne, Founder and CEO, enthusiastically.

In addition to breakfast classics such as an extensive selection of cold cuts, cheeses, smoked salmon and jams, guests can expect the Cut of The Day, chicken wings, spare and loin ribs, select egg dishes, as well as a chocolate fountain and weekly changing large and small, delicious items.

"We want to be more than a "regular restaurant" for our guests. We want to celebrate brunch with them, show them a good time and a fantastic start of the day. That's why it's important to us to offer a special atmosphere with an enormously large selection of high-quality food and drinks that you can't find in other restaurants," says Hahne.

The brunch will take place every Sunday and Holiday from 10 AM - 2 PM and costs €29.50 per person.
