With a culinary revelation and an emotional fundraising campaign, The ASH Restaurant & Bar kicks off the new fall season with The Cozy Specials menu, which will be available in all 14 The ASH restaurants from October through November. Guests can expect a well-balanced selection of dishes perfectly suited to the cozy autumn season, as well as a kind-hearted social commitment. For every food dish sold from The Cozy Specials menu, The ASH Restaurant & Bar will donate €1 to the “Stiftung RTL - Wir helfen Kindern e.V.” foundation until November 30 to support children in need through various aid projects.

Culinary redefined: The Cozy Specials set new standards for the fall season

The Cozy Specials offer carefully coordinated dishes for the cooler season and make The ASH Restaurant & Bar the ultimate “cozy place to be”. One of the highlights is The Carrot Coco Soup, a velvety creation of ginger, coconut milk and fresh German-grown carrots that provides a cozy warmth. Meat lovers will be delighted by the butter-tender 200g US Hanging Tender, served on a velvety-creamy sweet potato bed. Another highlight is the trendy Philly Cheesesteak Burger Menu, which includes juicy steak meat, melted cheese and spicy peppers and is served with crispy fries and a refreshing soft drink. For lighter connoisseurs, the Sesame Tuna Bowl is the perfect choice, refined with Asian nuances and a hint of lime and Sprite. The crispy Korean fried chicken wings, glazed in a spicy-sweet sticky BBQ sauce, offer an exciting change. The crowning glory is the warm Snow Berry Crumble with juicy berries and fluffy American Red Velvet Cake Espuma - a sweet temptation for chilly autumn days. The Cozy Specials are accompanied by two exquisite Italian red and white wines from Abruzzo and Lombardy. The Purple Dragon, a colorful cocktail made with Blue Curaçao, guava and dragon fruit, is a visual highlight, while the Banana Punch with sustainably produced Discarded Banana Peel Rum offers a sophisticated choice for cocktail lovers according to zero waste principles. For non-alcoholic guests, the Mionetto Spritz 0.0% is the perfect sparkling, light alternative and a new trend drink for the fall season. A final mystery drink literally provides an additional surprise.
