The brand gastronomy The ASH Restaurant & Bar, the successful concept of apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, is celebrating the opening of its new location in Munster and will welcome its guests from October 18, 2024 from 11.30 am.
“Now that the construction work has been successfully completed, we are delighted to be opening another The ASH Restaurant & Bar, including an outdoor terrace, in an attractive location in Münster. A location in Münster has long been a personal goal of mine, as the city is not only characterized by its lively culture and students, but also by a special culinary openness that fits perfectly with our concept,” says the well-known brand restaurateur Kent Hahne, who is at the helm of the company.
Münster The ASH Restaurant & Bar offers space for a total of 180 guests indoors on around 342 square meters, while an additional 160 guests can be served on the terrace with a spacious outdoor bar.
“This new location of The ASH Restaurant & Bar along Trauttmansdorffstrasse is particularly impressive, where our Freestander has been built on a generously designed piazza with a fountain, lush planting and extensive parking facilities. The parking areas offer both bicycle parking spaces and covered car parking spaces equipped with modern photovoltaic systems. This location combines comfort, style and sustainability - perfectly aligned with the special experience that The ASH Restaurant & Bar offers its guests,” explains Steven Sarwar, CEO of The ASH Restaurant & Bar. The official opening will take place on 18.10.2024.
Guests at The ASH Restaurant & Bar will be able to enjoy a diverse culinary offering. From first-class steaks and burgers to seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes, such as the innovative vegan steak from the 3D printer - the menu leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, an American brunch is offered every Sunday and public holiday from 09:00 - 13:00, offering everything your heart desires, from spare ribs and mac'n'cheese to pancakes and waffles as well as a high-quality selection of cold meats and cheeses.
However, The ASH Restaurant & Bar and its team don't just want to impress with drinks and food. “We are proud to fulfill our mission of serving our guests both excellent food and first-class drinks. But it is also our stylish interior, which has been thought through down to the last detail, the lively atmosphere, our open kitchen and, above all, our highly motivated staff - the ASHbees - who ensure with passion and dedication that every visit to us is an unforgettable experience and leaves a lasting impression on our guests,” says Kent Hahne.
As The ASH Restaurant & Bar never stands still, the next project is already in the pipeline. In all likelihood, another location will be opened in the coveted Main-Taunus-Zentrum in Frankfurt in the second quarter of 2025. You will find out more about the progress and a fixed opening date soon.
