With now 14 restaurants in Germany and Luxembourg, we are represented with our brand The ASH in a large number of major cities and are already planning further expansion. Our goal: international expansion to inspire new guests and spread The ASH feeling around the world.

The ASH - that means casual fine dining with a supper club feeling. Here, guests experience a fusion of exquisite steak enjoyment and cocktail bliss in a unique restaurant and bar atmosphere.

What makes it special: The culinary magic unfolds before the guests' eyes, as grilling over an open flame is a central component of our concept. With this concept, The ASH combines fine casual dining and bar culture in a way previously unknown in Germany, creating a gastronomic experience that goes far beyond the boundaries of conventional eateries.

The concept

The ASH - Restaurant & Bar has successfully and sustainably established itself in two different formats. The unique concept is proving to be extremely successful, particularly in city center locations, in the immediate vicinity of high-quality and highly frequented shopping streets and trendy districts.

The top concept also triumphs as a freestander, manifested in self-designed, self-built and free-standing buildings. These can be found along entry and exit roads in large cities or in the immediate vicinity of industrial estates with adjoining suburbs. With variable capacity, the restaurants offer space for up to 350 guests at different locations, allowing them to respond flexibly to the respective local conditions.
