Bonn, 07.06.2024 - The ASH Restaurant & Bar, the brand gastronomy of apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, launches exclusive Summer Specials menu in Germany and sets new standards in the gastronomy landscape.


Germany-wide success concept The ASH launches in June with an exclusive Summer Specials menu, which will be available up to and including August. The ASH, known for its versatile cuisine, is once again offering a selection of innovative delicacies and drinks this summer that pick up on fresh summer trends and appeal to a wide audience. "Our Summer Specials menu is very popular with our guests. It combines tried and tested favorites with tempting new creations and brings additional summer freshness to our menu without changing the favorites of our regular guests,” explains Kent Hahne, founder and Managing Director of apeiron. The current summer menu includes six varied dishes and five colorful summer drinks.

The ASH makes summer unique
A highlight of the new menu is the Summer Salad, a refreshing salad with roasted broccoli, feta and spinach, rich in protein and rounded off with apricots and pomegranate seeds, finished with a mild miso-lime vinaigrette. The Fruity Goat Salad offers a vegetarian version with gratinated goat's cheese, fresh strawberries, asparagus and baby spinach. The Fruity Goat Salad is given the finishing touch by the lemon-lime vinaigrette. Meat lovers will also get their money's worth: the grilled, South American picanha - the rump of beef - is the culinary highlight. A lemon beef pasta, a fruity and spicy combination of tender beef and the special note of salted lemon, also provides summery freshness and variety. Another special feature is the new Smash Burger Menu, consisting of two patties made from 100% German beef, which takes the burger range at The ASH to a new level. Once again, The ASH is following current food market trends as well as its commitment to regionality and sustainability. But that's not all. The menu also includes a choice of fries, a dip and a soft drink.

New this year is the tempting pancake dessert with KitKat® sauce and crunch. Topped with a fresh mint garnish, this dessert is the perfect sweet finishing touch for the Summer Specials dishes.

Refreshing summer drinks for hot days
These summery delicacies are complemented by five sparkling summer drinks. The Matcha Blueberry, the Sarti Spritz and the Passion Mule (non-alcoholic) offer refreshing taste sensations, while the Pink Dragon stands out as a top seller. The summery Limoncello Berry rounds off the range, for which The ASH has once again partnered with Don Pasquale's Limoncello from Black Pan. These creative drinks promise both cooling and visual highlights.
