The successful concept The ASH Restaurant & Bar celebrates the reopening of its indoor dining with a new menu. "First of all, we are all very happy to welcome our guests back to our restaurants" says Founder and CEO, Kent Hahne.

The patios of all nine restaurants have already been open again for several days. Now, the first guests can also be welcomed indoors. The restaurants in Essen and Troisdorf will start with indoor dining on Wednesday, June 02, 2021. "Seeing guests back in our restaurants again brings pure joy to all of us. Now we're even allowed to ramp up indoor dining in Essen and Troisdorf, and all other circumstantial evidence allow us to look to the future with hope."

With the opening of the indoor dining, there will also be a new menu for the guests, on which, in addition to the most popular dishes, new Dry Aged Steaks, Lobster Burgers and new vegetarian specialty dishes are also available. "We took full advantage of the lockdown to look at how we can further refine our offerings to delight our guests. In addition to an extensive steak offering, it was important for us to also expand our vegetarian selection," said the successful brand restaurateur.

Following the first restaurants this week, Hahne also expects to open indoor dining in all other restaurants by 07 June 2021 at the latest.
