Bonn, 07.06.2023 - The restaurant chain The ASH, the successful concept of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, launches a new Summer Specials menu, focusing on regionality and "WOW factor".

The successful concept The ASH Restaurant & Bar launches its second special menu 2023 in June. The summer specials follow the Mexican dishes. It's a concept that has proven successful for owner Kent Hahne. "We have a very balanced menu, with which we, but especially our guests are very happy. So we just want to keep adding smaller highlights throughout the year without changing our regular menu." The new summer specials include a total of seven dishes. From salads to seafood to vegan dishes, there's something for everyone. Two Dry Aged Steakcuts are also part of the Summerspecials. The special here is that these are the first German steaks for The ASH Restaurant & Bar. "Of course, the whole topic of regionality and sustainability plays a big role for us as well. We are extremely happy that we found these GERMAN PRIME MASTERCUTS. And they don't just taste good to me, the first few days have already shown that" says the satisfied brand restaurateur. In addition to the two steak cuts, the short rib burger is the eye-catcher among the new dishes. This is a burger with sous vide cooked prime rib. The special: It's served with bones. "This burger is something completely different and the demand from guests in the first few days was enormous," says Hahne. "Our guests simply haven't seen anything comparable before, and especially in these days of Instagram and the like, it's naturally a very popular motif. The meat is so tender that the bone can easily be pulled out of the meat."

The menu is rounded out by five colorful, summery drinks. Alongside Honey Smash, Maker's Sour and the Sunshine Ginger, the Pink Dragon and Limoncello Spritz have emerged as the best sellers.

Gastro professional Kent Hahne is satisfied with the start of the summer specials, which were also accompanied by various live acts in the restaurants. "The first few days were great. Delicious food, good drinks with live music on our beautiful terraces. What more could you ask for?"
