Bonn, 04.12.2023 - The restaurant chain The ASH Restaurant & Bar, the successful concept of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, opens second restaurant in the Rhine-Main region.

The brand concept The ASH Restaurant & Bar will be part of the new Food Gardens in the prestigious Main-Taunus Zentrum.

Founder Kent Hahne is enthusiastic "The Main-Taunus Zentrum is one of the largest and highest-turnover shopping centers in Germany, making it a very interesting location for our restaurant concept per se. But when I saw the plans for the planned Food Garden, I knew I wanted to be part of it."

The Food Garden will have a total of five freestanding buildings that will house eight restaurant concepts. One of the freestanders will be The ASH Restaurant & Bar in a prominent location.

"We are delighted to have won The ASH, one of the biggest players in branded gastronomy. Both parties firmly believe that this partnership will be a win-win situation for both sides," says Center Manager Daniel Quaas.

The Food Garden is scheduled to open in spring 2025.

The ASH Restaurant & Bar is part of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH. Its founder Kent Hahne operates with the opening of the Munich location, now 13 restaurants of the restaurant concept "The ASH". He is also the owner of the brewery-restaurant concept "Starnberger Alm" and, with currently 25 restaurants of the L'Osteria brand, the largest franchise partner of the popular brand gastronomy concept.
