Bonn, 05.02.2024 - apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, owner of the restaurant chain The ASH Restaurant & Bar and also the largest franchisee of L'Osteria, is expanding its management team.

Steven Sarwar has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, which now operates 40 restaurants. Founder and CEO Kent Hahne, who founded the company and now sits on the advisory board of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, is delighted with the addition. "I have known Steven for a very long time and am delighted to have him at the helm of my company. In him, we have gained an absolute gastronomy professional who will provide us with profitable support, particularly with our ambitious growth plans."

The new Managing Director of Apeiron has more than 10 years of experience in system catering and was most recently Vice President Operations at FR L'Osteria SE, where he was responsible for over 170 restaurants of the well-known brand concept.
