03/04/2022 - The ASH shows its solidarity with Ukraine and supports the victims with a fundraising campaign.
The conflict in the Ukraine continues to keep the world on its toes. But solidarity and sympathy is growing visibly. The ASH shows its commitment against the war and for the Ukraine. To do so, we have adjusted The ASH Restaurant & Bar's logo. Instead of the distinctive orange horn, which is an integral part of the logo, a heart in the national colors of Ukraine now adorns our logo.
"It is extremely important for us to "show the flag "in the truest sense of the word. With the temporary adaptation of our logo, we would like to express our solidarity and sympathy to the Ukraine. We all condemn what is happening close to our borders in the strongest possible sense and our thoughts are with all the innocent people affected by the war," says Kent Hahne, CEO and Founder of Apeiron.
However, the successful restaurateur goes one step further and would also like to provide financial support.
"Of course, we would like to do even more. Therefore, without further ado, we have come up with a relief campaign with which we can donate as much money as possible. This action is as follows: For every dessert sold, we will donate 50% of its value to the "RTL - We help the Children e.V. Foundation campaign. This way we also know that every cent goes to where it is needed - to the Ukrainian children and families," says Hahne.
The campaign will start on March 4 in all eleven The ASH restaurants. How long the campaign will last, Hahne leaves open for the time being and promises: "Everyone can contribute a little bit to help. We have created this campaign now in order to be able to start very quickly. But this is just the beginning. We're working on making this campaign bigger and bigger”.
