Bonn, 17.02.2023 - The restaurant chain The ASH Restaurant & Bar, the successful concept of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, is coming to Leopoldstraße in Munich. The opening is planned for July 2023.


The successful concept The ASH Restaurant & Bar is coming to Munich in early summer this year, opening its first restaurant in the Bavarian capital. Location is the prestigious Leopoldstr. 9.

"We are very happy to be able to move forward with our expansion plans. A restaurant in Munich has been my wish for a long time. The talks with Mr. Boos were characterized by appreciation and trust right from the start. It took just 6 weeks from the first talks to the signing of the contract. That says it all" says Kent Hahne, the well-known brand-name restaurateur who heads the company.

And Dipl.-Ing. Architect Daniel Boos is also pleased that he will soon be able to welcome a new tenant to the property. "We had a lot of inquiries. Of course, the location and also the structural conditions are very attractive. But it was important to me to include a high-quality concept. With Mr. Hahne and his The ASH, we have found exactly the right partner. The restaurant is an excellent fit for Munich."
Renovation work is already in full swing, and the schedule is tight. The opening is planned for the beginning of July. Then there should be room for a total of around 90 guests inside and 143 guests on the 300-square-meter terrace. There, guests can expect a balanced mix of high-quality steakcuts, seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes, such as a vegan steak from the 3D printer.


The ASH Restaurant & Bar is part of the Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH. Its founder, Kent Hahne, currently operates 11 restaurants within the restaurant concept "The ASH". He is also the owner of the salad concept "GREENKARMA" with 4 restaurants as well as the brewery restaurant concept "Starnberger Alm". With currently 24 restaurants of the L'Osteria brand, he is also the largest franchise partner of the popular brand restaurant concept.
