09/13/2022 - The restaurant chain, The ASH, the successful concept of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, will launch a new menu on Sept. 16. This will increasingly focus on plant-based products and shareable dishes.

"This is another step in our development as a restaurant concept" says owner Kent Hahne about the new menu, which will find its way into all eleven restaurants of The ASH Restaurant & Bar starting September 16. In doing so, the successful restaurateur refers to the wide-ranging menu, which continues to have special steak cuts as its core product, but also offers more and more choices for vegetarians and vegans. For example, The ASH's announced that its collaboration with REDEFINE MEAT™ will be coming in the middle of this month. There will be an all-new Plant Based section, featuring Flank Steak and more, in addition to Tacos and Bolognese.

"We are deliberately broadening our product offering because, of course, we also see the trend that more and more guests would also like to try plant-based alternatives. It is important for us to have the right partners on board to ensure that we make everyone in our restaurants happy. Therefore, it is essential for us in our growth that we can offer only the best ingredients. We are convinced that our vegan and vegetarian dishes meet the highest standards for tasty meat substitutes. And we now also offer all our sauces vegan - without any loss in quality or taste," says Hahne of what he considers the "perfect complement to the great steaks, burgers and seafood dishes."

Furthermore, the emphasis on sustainability as well as regionality will continue. For example, the Iberico is now also sustainably sourced from Westphalia.

But the focus is also increasingly on the topic of sharing. Starting now, we offer an additional option in the menu. Under "Tapas / Sharing" you will find - as the name suggests - snacks and tapas that you can choose from and also share with larger groups.

"We keep getting feedback from our guests about how happy they are to finally be able to spend some casual time in a restaurant again. As a result, we have picked up on this sentiment by offering our sharing plates. This way you can sample even more in a social environment. Plus, with an average price of five euros, tapas also make great bar food. This way, we can further push the hustle and bustle at our beautiful bars," explains Kent Hahne.

In addition to the menu, our lunch and delivery menus will also be modified accordingly.
