Bonn, 01.03.2023 - Apeiron Restaurant & Retailmanagement GmbH opens new Grab & Go concept under the umbrella brand The ASH in Cologne Mülheim.

Successful restaurateur Kent Hahne is opening his twelfth restaurant under the brand The ASH. However, the new restaurant, which is opening at the Moxy Hotel in Cologne Mülheim, is a completely new concept. The name is The ASH Grab & Go.
"I am very pleased to have the honor today to welcome a new restaurant to The ASH family. This time, however, it's not a restaurant like the others. Rather, the focus here is on Curbside Pick Up and Delivery and American Catering." Says Hahne.

Yet from the outside, The ASH Grab & Go looks as cozy as the other two restaurants in Cologne. When you enter the interior, you're standing in a high-end dining room that seats about 80, and on the walls you'll find mechandise and retail items. The most eye-catching features, however, are the screens above the counters and the self-order terminals that diners use to place orders.

Hahne says, "With our The ASH Grab & Go, we're breaking completely new ground. The main thing here is speed. That's why we've set up four self-order terminals that our guests can use to order and pay. Then you can decide for yourself whether you want to eat here with us on site or take your order with you."

The menu is broad. For example, in addition to various burgers, you can also find spare ribs and some bowls, among other things. Also vegetarians and Veganer become here fündig.

Things get underway on March 1 at 11:30 a.m. at Peter-Huppertz-Strasse 1-3, when Kent Hahne will personally open the restaurant and welcome the first guests.

"We can hardly wait for it to finally get started. Very soon, by the way, we will also have a beautiful sun terrace that will seat at least 60 more guests," says Kent Hahne
