12/04/2020 - The restaurant, The ASH, the concept of the Apeiron Restaurant and Retail Management GmbH opens its own Butcher Shop - initially online.
The ASH makes virtue out of necessity and uses the Corona pandemic and the associated temporary closure of its restaurants to expand its product range. Steak lovers now have access to a butcher shop on the restaurant's website, which makes it possible to have beef tenderloin, dry-aged entrecôte, US flank steak, etc. delivered to their homes.
"Those familiar with us know that we always do everything we can to offer our guests the best possible restaurant experience. Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Therefore, we thought: Then why don't we just bring The ASH Feeling to our guests' homes and provide them with the best restaurant quality at unbeatable prices?" says Kent Hahne, CEO and Founder of The ASH.
The Butcher Shop will open its doors initially online, offering the option of having the whole cut pieces delivered to your home kitchen or ordering it in portions and picking it up at the restaurant via Curbside Pick-Up. In addition to various types of meats, the restaurant's most popular original sauces will be available, as well as herb butter, soups, and The ASH's own bean-to-cup coffee. Assortment expansion is in the planning phase.
"The Butcher Shop is the next step in expanding our The ASH brand. But by no means will it be the last. We still have some plans in the drawer, just waiting to be implemented" reveals Kent Hahne with a wink.
