Bonn, 10.08.2023 - The restaurant chain The ASH, the successful concept of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, is pushing ahead with its expansion and opening restaurant in Belval, Luxembourg.
The brand concept The ASH Restaurant & Bar is opening two more restaurants in the current calendar year. Munich, which will open its doors to guests in mid-October, will be followed by the first restaurant outside Germany. The location is Belval in Luxembourg.
Founder Kent Hahne is enthusiastic: "Luxembourg is a very interesting country and therefore just the right place to take our first international steps. We already run two successful L'Osteria restaurants there and are opening a third in November. So it was only logical to go to Luxembourg with our The ASH Restaurant & Bar".
The location is impressive. Embedded in a modern industrial setting, it has an almost surreal effect and offers guests a unique atmosphere.
The restaurant is designed with 96 seats inside and an outdoor terrace that can accommodate up to 102 guests.
"We are looking forward to the new challenge and also that we can tackle it this year. In the coming years, we want to push the expansion further - not only in Germany, but also in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. It will be an extremely exciting time," says the successful restaurateur.
The ASH Restaurant & Bar is part of Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH. Its founder Kent Hahne currently operates 12 restaurants of the restaurant concept The ASH Restaurant & Bar, a The ASH Grab & Go, a GREENKARMA restaurant and the brewery-restaurant concept Starnberger Alm. In addition, Kent Hahne is currently the largest franchise partner of the popular brand restaurant concept with 25 restaurants of the L'Osteria brand.
