The restaurant chain, The ASH, the successful concept of the Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, opens its first restaurant in Bremen at the Weserpark.The restaurant chain, The ASH, the successful concept of the Apeiron Restaurant & Retail Management GmbH, opens its first restaurant in Bremen at the Weserpark. Known for first-class steaks, burgers and various vegetarian and seafood products, The ASH finds a new location for its Free Stander restaurant- directly between the Cinestar cinema and the L'Osteria restaurant.
The restaurant chain, The ASH Restaurant & Bar opens the tenth restaurant of its kind. The chosen location is the Weserpark area. "We are very happy to finally open our tenth restaurant. This time far away from the "home". But the Weserpark with its geographical catchment area is an enormously attractive location" says the successful restaurateur, Kent Hahne.
It is the first restaurant of this successful concept in Northern Germany. The previous nine restaurants are located in the Rhine-Ruhr area and Frankfurt on the Main.

The restaurant awaits its guests with a total of 198 seats inside and more than 200 seats on the inviting patio, which features its own little oasis including a fountain, flower beds and many trees.
"It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable here. Of course, this includes an excellent variety of food. But above all, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere" says visionary Hahne. A total of 3 fireplaces, cozy seating niches and a lounge, which can also be reserved for celebrations, convey exclusivity and comfort.
"Entertainment shall not be neglected either. That's why we've once again put a lot of emphasis on an opulent bar and the open kitchen in our newest restaurant. These are always the centerpieces of our restaurants and are very popular," says Hahne.
