01/14/2022 - The ASH is addressing the 2G + regulation by also offering on-site testing at The ASH restaurants.
The regulation proclaimed by the federal government, stating that guests may only enter restaurants under 2G+ conditions, is casting its shadow ahead and once again presents the restaurant industry with a tough challenge.
Nevertheless, The ASH wants to continue to make it as easy as possible for its guests and offers testing directly on site in the restaurants.
"The new regulation makes it even harder for us restaurateurs because it represents, of course, an additional hurdle. But to make sure we don't have to turn anyone away, we're training our staff to offer on-site testing for guests as needed," says owner and CEO Kent Hahne. The tests are offered at cost at our The ASH restaurants. "This allows us to welcome guests to our restaurant who may not have been able to previously get a test."
Hygiene and safety have always been a top priority in the restaurants of the successful brand restaurateur. According to Hahne, for example, a large 6-digit sum has been invested since the start of the pandemic to provide additional security in the restaurants. "Of course, we take the whole issue very seriously and check very carefully whether our guests are vaccinated and boosted or vaccinated and tested. But we still want to provide an extra sense of security through our extensive measures. For this reason, we have relied on high-quality partition walls, air filter systems and all the necessary hygiene measures from the beginning. And we have also had this certified by TÜV Rhineland during an extensive audit process."
The fact that most of the restaurants have very high ceilings and spacious outdoor patios also serves the restaurants well.
