From April 8 to June 30, 2025, The ASH Restaurant & Bar invites you to a spring festival of flavors with its exclusive Spring Special Menu, combining a touch of magic with innovative augmented reality technology to bring spring to life in an exciting way right on the table.

Spring in time with the flavors
With the arrival of spring, The ASH presents new taste experiences that delight with fresh, balanced and aromatic components and are perfectly suited to the season.

Particularly noteworthy is the fresh sashimi creation with salmon from sustainable aquaculture, combined with wasabi espuma and teriyaki for an intense yet elegant taste experience. The vegan highlight is the Spring Salad - a power bowl of fresh grapes, avocado, radishes and roasted chickpeas, rounded off with a fruity raspberry vinaigrette. A vital oasis that is rich in valuable nutrients. Equally impressive is the Roasted Chicken from regional sources, served in a Levante version with wild herbs and mint sauce - a modern reinterpretation of classic American barbecue cuisine. For lovers of innovative creations, the Long Cheesy Beef offers a fusion of smashed burger and Philly cheesesteak - a spicy, cheesy delight with a fiery jalapeño note and served with a cole slaw. The spring experience is rounded off with the Yellow Velvet - a fresh dessert dream made from cream cheese, lemon, sponge cake and berries.

New this season is the integration of 3D augmented reality (AR) technology: with the help of a QR code on the Spring Special Menu, guests can experience their dishes in full 3D on the table.
