From June 20, The ASH Restaurant & Bar will be kicking off the summer with its new seasonal summer menu. Finely tuned, aromatic and creatively interpreted, the menu brings sunny flair directly to your plate. A variety of salad and bowl creations reflect the freshness of summer, complemented by innovative, light summer pasta fusions and hearty, spicy burgers that also underline the summery BBQ character.

Salads & Bowls - Fresh variety, served summery: At The ASH, summer meets pure indulgence.

Salad creations with refreshing finesse and varied diversity set new accents for the summer at The ASH - creative compositions that promise pure moments of pleasure.

On-trend and full of flavor: The Green Goddess Salad - known from TikTok and Instagram - is a real crowd favorite and is now also on the new summer menu at The ASH. This once again underlines the restaurant's flair for trendy food concepts. The new Burrata Summer Salad also impresses: a harmonious combination of creaminess and sweet sophistication - refined with fruity nuances and crispy raspberry croutons - ideal for sunny days outdoors. The Watermelon & Feta Salad is a refreshing, contrasting and summery addition to the selection: The sweetness of juicy watermelon meets the fine saltiness of feta - a combination that delights with lightness and character. Also new on the menu: the Spring Salad - a balanced, aromatic composition that impresses with its fine crunch and fresh lightness. The selection is rounded off by the Venere Rice Bowl - a fresh composition with delicate Venere rice, green asparagus, avocado, paprika and a hint of Sriracha, which delights with its balanced spiciness and summery lightness.

Those who want to discover new flavors will find exciting combinations in the summer-inspired main dishes: The Hot & Sour Beef Noodles, the Chicken Tikka Noodle Bowl and the Bang Bang Noodles combine Asian spice with fruity notes and a slight spiciness - surprising in taste and perfect for warm days.

Burger fans will also get their money's worth: the new bone-in burger with tender braised loin rib and pull-out bone focuses on intense flavor and genuine craftsmanship. The Mexican Burger with jalapeños, guacamole, cheddar and chili salsa provides a spicy taste experience in summer format.
