The ASH Restaurant & Bar is celebrating a significant double anniversary on December 1, 2024: the festive conclusion of an impressive 10-week anniversary competition and the tenth anniversary of The ASH Restaurant & Bar. The brand gastronomy success story began exactly a decade ago with the opening of the first restaurant in Cologne. Today, The ASH is one of the leading gastronomy concepts in Germany and delights over one million guests every year at 14 locations - including Aachen, Bochum, Bremen, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Oberhausen, Troisdorf, Münster and Belval (Luxembourg).

What began as a vision ten years ago is now a restaurant concept that connects people and creates unforgettable moments,” says Kent Hahne, founder of The ASH. “Our anniversary is an occasion to be proud of what we have achieved, but also to look ahead and go into the future full of energy.

A competition that connects - highlight of the anniversary year
The 10-week anniversary campaign became the highlight of the anniversary year and brought guests, teams and fans of the brand even closer together. With over 30,000 euros in prizes, including the exclusive “Golden The ASH Ticket” (one year free dining) and the limited edition The ASH Gold Coin, the competition was a success story.

Thousands of guests took part via The ASH app, and an emotional highlight was the handover of 5,000 euros to winner Björn from Lohmar. The focus was on the enthusiasm of the participants and the personal proximity to the community.

This campaign was our way of saying thank you" explains Kent Hahne. “The strong response and the many personal encounters have touched us deeply. It shows that The ASH is not just a place for enjoyment, but also for community and joie de vivre.
